Past and future Woodward campers from several gymnastics schools in Pennsylvania, are at the Camp Woodward table the past weekend at Penn State University-Rec Hall. Men's Director Jeff Barlow caught up with several gymnasts, one gymnast with our now famous T-shirts tossed into the crowd at competition. We are Men's Gymnastics

Woodward camp is out again this week at the Maryland State Men's Gymnastics Championships. Jeff Barlow our men's director caught up with Zac Pietsch, graduating senior and Sam Dewitt during the competition. Both gymnasts are high flying JC's at camp in the summer. Zac will be missed this summer as he prepares for College. Sam and other campers were spotted at competition and joined in the fun at our booth and the T-shirt crowd toss.

Gym Meet Travels

Mid Atlantic Boys Invitational

thumb_054Camp Woodward's very own Jeff Barlow has been out and traveling the Men's Gymnastic Meets everywhere.   He recently visited the Mid Atlantic Boys Invitational on Feb. 26th where he ran into quite a few friends and snapped a couple shots to share.   Jeff has been sharing the Camp love at all of these events, throwing out T-shirts, and sharing good vibes with everyone.   Let us know if you see Jeff in your area.

Sweetheart Meet...

It was "old home" week at the Sweetheart Invitational hosted by Mark and Joyce Stevenson at NCSU this past weekend.  Every year Woodward Camp sponsors the Sweetheart and makes a point of encouraging Woodward Alums and their teams to attend.  It is a great mid year gathering of old and new friends made at camp over the years.

Woodward Visits the Tiger Paw Classic

Woodward visits the Brian Babcock Invitational

Woodward Camp's Men's Gymnastics director attended the Brian Babcock Invitational this past weekend and had a great time meeting Woodward Campers, old and new.  A free week of camp was raffled off and Woodward T's were distributed to a lucky few individuals.  Stay tuned for more previews and reviews of places and events that attract Woodward staff members!

Region 7 High Performance

Woodward Camp was proud to host it’s third annual Region 7 High Performance Weekend the weekend of September16,17 and 18th. 150 athletes, 59 coaches and over 20 very skilled clinicians spent Friday night, Saturday and Sunday sharing their gymnastic knowledge and technical expertise. This was the largest clinic of the past three years. Attendees had to be level 9 or 10 athletes who had qualified to Easterns or the Level 10 Nationals.
